In 1995, Paul Colvin, Jr. founded Block Realty & Auction. Paul is a licensed real estate broker and owner of Block Realty & Auction. Block Reality & Auction is based in Springdale Arkansas which is located in the northwest corner of the state. During the 2000 Arkansas Auctioneers Association’s annual convention, Paul Colvin, Jr. was named the 2000 Arkansas State Champion Auctioneer. Since that time Block Reality & Auction has stayed in the forefront of the auction industry by maintaining the latest technology, utilizing the most advanced auction software, using data driven marketing strategies along with the best of digital photography. Block’s website is a full functioning auction site. Block Realty & Auction provides both onsite and online auctions. The Block Reality & Auction capabilities are limitless for our customers.
